Job Description We are seeking passionate and experienced healthcare professionals to join our instructional team as Part-Time Healthcare Instructors . In this role, you will deliver high-quality instruction, support student success, and help prepare learners for careers in healthcare fields such as allied health, medical assisting, nursing support, or related disciplines. Core Responsibilities Deliver engaging, learner-centered instruction in assigned healthcare courses. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives. Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments. Provide timely feedback and support to promote student success. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and institutional standards. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom/learning environment. Participate in program meetings, training, and curriculum updates as needed. Required Qualifications Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher degree in a healthcare-related field (required; level dependent on course taught). Current licensure/certification in relevant discipline (e.g., RN, CMA, CNA, LPN, RT, etc.). Minimum 2-3 years of recent, hands-on clinical experience. Prior teaching or training experience preferred (but not always required). Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
