What we do
Most job boards hide sponsorship status, so candidates spend weeks applying to roles that will never sponsor them, and the employers who do sponsor struggle to reach the right people. Hiro fixes both sides. We aggregate roles from thousands of employers, surface verified H1B and visa sponsorship data, and score how well each candidate fits each role. Job seekers see a clear fit score and sponsorship signals before they apply. Employers see scored, ranked applicants instead of a flood of resumes.
The platform also includes the tools a modern job search needs: resume building, interview preparation, application tracking, and salary and labor market insight, all in one place.
