WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You will work closely with the greater Training Apparel PLM team as well as Design, Merchandising, and Development functions. They will possess high skill level and comfort with both verbal and written communication. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles Must have Product Management experience. Knowledge in performance apparel is preferred. Leads with a positive spirit and creates a 'one team' environment across functions. Ability to operate effectively even when the way forward is not clear and to take an ambiguous situation and create a clear path forward for the cross-functional team. Ability to communicate in consistent, clear, agile, and timely manner with cross-functional partners - written and verbally. Strategic thinking with ability to balance athlete needs, retail opportunities, and profitability. Leads by example and can holds team accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. Ability to travel up to 15%, both domestic and international.
