About the role

We operate advanced forging systems across the full production lifecycle, from raw material preparation through forming, heat treatment, machining, and inspection. Success depends on precise execution, equipment control, and process discipline. This is a general opportunity to engage forging technicians and operators with experience across key process areas. Core Specialty Areas Raw material cutting Billet heating Forming Heat treatment Descaling, shot blasting Straightening, trimming Rough machining, grinding CMM inspection Coating

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate forging, thermal, machining, and finishing equipment
• Monitor key parameters (temperature, deformation, timing)
• Inspect parts and identify defects during production
• Troubleshoot process or equipment issues
• Follow standard work and safety procedures

Requirements

• Hands-on forging or heavy manufacturing experience
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings
• Strong process discipline and attention to detail- Experience in production environments
