Sales Manager

Requirements

• Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
• Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
• Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
• Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
• Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
• Passionate about the beauty and service industry
• Attractive package will be offered (including basic salary, commission and incentives)

Additional Information

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Report directly to Branch Manager To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc. To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively To provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction To discuss and plan for therapists on the recommended treatments for customers To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition To assist in making cold-calls to customer Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company
