JOB SUMMARY: The Home Health Doula (HHD) will provide nonmedical support to patients and perform administrative responsibilities to support the mission of Planned Parenthood California Central Coast Home Health (PPCCCHH). They will work under the supervision of the Home Health Manager to provide postpartum home health services to PPCCCHH patients. The HHD will work in collaboration with all health care team members to provide quality care to PPCCCHH patients in accordance with PPCCCHH medical standards and guidelines. Planned Parenthood California Central Coast's (PPCCC's) compensation philosophy supports the organization's mission, vision, and values. Each position has a salary based on market value and the organization's pay levels. The starting salary for this position is $37.82/hour with the opportunity for advancement. As part of our commitment to pay equity, PPCCC does not negotiate salaries. Pay Differential: $1.00 bilingual Spanish/English differential pay is offered upon passing the language assessment test.
