Develop CRM strategies across multiple countries and channels to sustainably increase customer lifetime value Implement automated, scalable multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Direct Mail Define business requirements for developers to enable new CRM use cases and integrate additional data sources Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve CRM performance through A/B testing, reporting, and data-driven insights Take ownership of CRM initiatives and independently manage projects from concept to execution Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field First professional experience in CRM, Product Management, or E-Commerce Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven and solution-oriented approach Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Interest in automation, technology, and customer-centric marketing Excellent written and spoken English skills
