- ・Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities, while modeling ethical leadership and operational integrity.
- ・Manage area TLs and plan/implement regional meetings for CAR T treating and referring sites, ensuring timely support from supervisor and alignment with strategic commercial goals.
- ・Build and foster cross-functional collaboration beyond the Site Management team, proactively engaging other departments to drive innovation, efficiency, and shared success.
- ・Ensure timely reporting, communication, and consultation with the company, direct manager, and sub-leads regarding any information obtained through work activities.
- Qualifications/Knowledge Required
- ・Profound experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry (5+ years), with proven track record in different customer facing role(s).
- ・Hematology/oncology experience preferred.
- ・Key account management strategy - experience working in large, complex accounts, identifying influential stakeholders and working with them to better serve patients
- ・Experience in managing multiple cancer center/university hospital accounts preferred.
