Job Description Global Medical & Professional Communications Contribute to the implementation of global medical communication plans and editorial schedules, including content linked to scientific programs, partnerships, and events Assist in creating, reviewing, and localizing scientific and medical materials such as presentations, publications, digital content, and training tools Liaise with external partners, scientific bodies, and professional associations to support collaborative initiatives Translate global materials into varied formats suitable for multiple channels and audiences Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support asset development and final delivery Congresses & Scientific Events Support the organization and execution of global and regional scientific meetings and congress activities Assist with event logistics, preparation of materials, stakeholder coordination, and timeline management Help deliver pre‑event and post‑event communications and follow‑up activities Monitor milestones, budgets, and outputs related to congress participation Scientific Resources & Medical Education Assist with the development, updating, and maintenance of scientific toolkits and educational materials Coordinate content for internal learning platforms, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met Help maintain presentations, FAQs, and training materials across regions Ensure scientific consistency and alignment of content globally Coordination, Operations & Reporting Provide APAC time‑zone support to facilitate global project execution Offer additional operational support during high‑activity periods such as congresses or major launches Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets across ongoing global initiatives Maintain project trackers and contribute to internal reports and dashboards Collaborate closely with global teams, agencies, and key stakeholders The Successful Applicant A successful Medical Communications and Professional Affairs Specialist should have: Bachelor's degree in Optometry, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline At least 2 years of relevant experience within medical affairs, scientific or B2B communications, healthcare marketing, or a related environment Previous involvement in global or cross‑border teams is beneficial Familiarity with professional bodies, scientific meetings, or the creation of evidence‑based content is an advantage Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with digital or online learning platforms Highly organized and proactive, with solid coordination and project management abilities What's on Offer The opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the luxury eyewear manufacturing industry.
