Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team
• Drive performance by delivering exceptional customer service and commercial results
• Lead by example on the shop floor, providing personalised product advice
• Oversee daily operations, including rotas, stock management, and compliance
• Support with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing colleague development

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Confident leading teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment
