Requirements
- Education/Experience:
- Minimum Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in human resources and/or compensation administration
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- License/Certification
- CCP Certification Compensation Professional
- Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, PHR)
