  • Drive knowledge sharing and collaboration across the Transformation Delivery team and broader KPMG network.
  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, preferably within the Energy, Mining, and Utilities sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the sector.
  • Expertise in program and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are highly regarded.
