We are looking for a Project Controller (m/f/d) to join our team. This position is embedded in the Pharma and Food Applications - Division, Department Division Controlling. As our new Project Controller you will be based in the Netherlands (Bakel). Responsibilities / Tasks Reporting to the Head of Division Controlling, Division Pharma & Food Applications Support in developing and rolling out project controlling tools, governance standards, and best practices across the Division Support in defining and supporting project pre‑calculation standards, benchmarks, and quality checks during pre‑sales and approval phases Establish project execution controlling, reporting, and rolling forecasts; ensure feedback loops via lessons learned Provide ongoing controlling support to project managers throughout project execution Monitor project performance including milestones, timelines, costs, resources, and risks versus budget Prepare and facilitate monthly and quarterly project review meetings with a focus on financial and commercial objectives Conduct project risk assessments and contribute to internal risk reporting Prepare monthly project controlling reports and PoC accounting in line with IFRS for external reporting Your Profile / Qualifications Successfully completed academic degree (e.g. Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Finance, or comparable) 2 -3 years of relevant professional experience in finance / controlling within an international environment Experience with IFRS and Percentage‑of‑Completion (PoC) accounting is an advantage Solid understanding of ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3 and modules FI/CO, CO‑PA, BW Experience with data management and analytics tools (e.g. Advanced Excel, Alteryx) Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI Exposure to automation solutions (e.g. Power Apps, Azure Dataverse) is a plus Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English language; Dutch language is a plus Our Offer: Challenging position within a large international organisation Competitive salary with 8% holiday pay 25 days' holiday and 13 ATV days based on full-time employment (CLA) Travel allowance Contribution towards a gym membership A position within a company with many opportunities for advancement Our Values At GEA we stand for Responsibility, Integrity, Diversity, Passion and Excellence.
