This is a strategic commercial leadership position focusing on key account management, commercial excellence, and expanding the company's presence across the marine industry. Sales & Business Development Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the marine engine spares market. Expand relationships with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, and offshore customers. Drive sales growth through both existing accounts and new customer acquisition. Key Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies. Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational requirements and identify opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Team & Stakeholder Leadership Work closely with technical, procurement, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer support.
