Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local marketing and business plans aligned with Global and Regional (EMEA) strategy.

  • Define product value propositions and optimize portfolio performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Commercial Execution & Field Alignment
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans, tools, and messaging to ensure strong and consistent field execution.
  • Support the sales team in product positioning, customer interactions, and objection handling.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the field to gather insights and ensure alignment with market realities.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical and clinical queries related to the portfolio ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing clinical and technical needs.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, medical societies, and key stakeholders.
  • Support tender processes and contribute to pricing strategies within defined frameworks (e.g., value-based pricing approaches).
  • Marketing & Capabilities
  • Develop and adapt promotional and educational materials, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Lead and coordinate training for sales teams and customers in collaboration with Commercial Education/BDS (business development specialists)
  • Plan and execute congresses, events, and educational (product related) initiatives to enhance brand positioning.
  • Drive omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for: Product Manager Trauma & Power Tools Purpose: Within the Marketing Organization, the Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the Trauma, CMF, and PowerTools portfolio in the local market, ensuring alignment with global and regional (EMEA) guidelines while adapting to customer and market needs. This role acts as a key bridge between Global/Regional teams, sales force, and customers, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring strong field execution. The Product Manager is also the main internal and external reference for technical and clinical aspects of the portfolio. In addition, the role plays a critical contribution to business growth by identifying market opportunities, leveraging customer insights, and building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical) and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
