- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows
- Experience creating strategic sales content, materials, and shaping the playbook for others
- Comfort with remote work while maintaining 50% travel capacity for in-person client meetings
- Collaborative approach to deal structuring, emphasizing optimal outcomes for both clients and company
