CORE RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows: Position empty trees in front of house. Pull meat from bars, hang and properly space so no bellies touch. Start and stop rotary house to position bars to doorway for unloading. Push full trees to scale, scale and record weight on two-part ticket. Push scale trees into blast cooler and arrange as per scheduled pattern. Cut off long bellies if required so they do not touch floor. Blast and prepress cooler, upkeep condensation and paperwork completion. Rearrange trees in prepress cooler. Wipedown ceiling before starting House pulling. Make sure bellies are unloaded and hung per tree as per proper count. Make sure no bellies touch. Make sure each tree is scaled and ticket with weight is hung on tree. Load blast cooler according to schedule received in the morning. Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
