Responsibilities

  • Search portfolio and service drive clients for profitable vehicles based on appointments and opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated by all available sources, including "Kelly Blue Book" and internal marketing.
  • Research vehicle service histories and Carfax reports.
  • Use appraisal tools, such as Vauto, to determine appropriate vehicle pricing.
  • Inspect vehicles to anticipate potential repair costs and ensure accurate valuation.

  • Generate paperwork required for the vehicle purchase; interact with financial and title teams to complete transactions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities.
  • Ability to follow a process and follow through on detailed transactions
  • Able to work retail hours, including nights, Saturday's, holidays
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
