About the role

You are the algorithmic brain behind our highest-velocity financial property. This channel caters to active, serious investors focused on Futures and Options (F&O), technical analysis, and market momentum. Your job is to decode the trading community's unique psychology and use platform data to scale our viewership. You understand open interest, option chains, chart literacy, and the analytical mindset required to navigate the markets. Operating in our AI-first factory, you will use data models and automated scraping to spot macro trends and derivative catalysts before they hit the retail feed. Focus Area 1: Derivative Market Trend Hunting & Catalyst Capture You don't wait for traditional planning cycles. You move at the speed of the market ticker. You monitor live market catalysts, open interest shifts, option chain data, and technical setups to identify breaking content opportunities within minutes. You translate complex technical analysis, derivative strategies, or macro announcements into high-impact, immediate concepts for our scriptwriters. You run AI-powered social listening tools across financial platforms, specialized forums, and trading communities to catch retail sentiment shifts before they explode on YouTube. You coordinate with the production team for rapid-response videos, ensuring we publish while market volume and volatility are still peaking. Focus Area 2: F&O Psychology & Advanced Retention Mechanics You know exactly what makes a serious, active market participant click and watch. You optimize for the specific psychological triggers of the derivative community: risk management, position sizing, leverage, volatility, and the search for a definitive edge. You design hook structures that establish immediate analytical authority, keeping viewers locked in through complex technical setups without losing pacing. You build a distinct packaging strategy for active trading content: utilizing clean chart patterns, clear data overlays, and high-intent thumbnail concepts that command attention on a crowded screen. You guide the editing team on the pacing of technical breakdowns, ensuring that option strategies and chart analysis are snappy, visually engaging, and highly scannable. Focus Area 3: Algorithmic Agility & Real-Time Channel Management You manage the channel like an active portfolio. You monitor immediate velocity metrics: tracking click-through rates (CTR) and view-count acceleration within the critical first two hours of an upload. You leverage YouTube Community posts, polls, and live alerts to keep the audience highly engaged around expiry days, market openings, and critical economic data releases. You optimize live stream metrics, managing real-time engagement, interactive charts, and viewer retention during high-impact market hours. You collaborate with the Creative Project Manager to dynamically pivot the content backlog based on daily market performance and viewer drop-off zones.

Requirements

• Deep Derivative Literacy: You possess a strong understanding of F&O mechanics, trading psychology, and technical analysis. You know how to read market depth, price action, and option Greeks.
• Data and Analytics Fluency: You can read a charting screen and a spreadsheet of audience analytics with equal comfort. You know how to extract actionable video concepts from raw platform metrics.
