About the role

Oversee air import operations covering cargo clearance, warehouse management, and transportation processes Understand and coordinate with ground handling agents on operational execution Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and other relevant authorities Manage third-party vendors handling terminal clearance, cargo movement, transport services, and import permit declarations Supervise project shipments from arrival to final Proof of Delivery/Acceptance, ensuring service accuracy and timeliness Implement and enforce cargo safety, security, and compliance requirements in line with customer and industry standards Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operational execution and service delivery Audit and maintain cost records related to vendor invoices and operational activities Support incident investigation and reporting using structured methods such as 8D and corrective action reports We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
