Duties & Responsibilities: Job Summary The Director, Corporate Compliance and Privacy serves as the organization's Privacy Officer and is responsible for oversight of the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program. Reporting to the Vice President, Compliance, this role leads privacy governance, compliance program administration, policy management, investigations, training and awareness, vendor oversight, sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The Director is responsible for maintaining an effective compliance and privacy infrastructure that promotes ethical conduct, regulatory adherence, and protection of sensitive information across the organization. This role partners closely with operational leaders to ensure compliance risks are identified, managed, and mitigated while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
