BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• BIM & Digital Delivery Readiness
• Support BIM workflows across projects according to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Keep project teams updated on BIM requirements and digital delivery standards.
• Assist in model validation, compliance checking, and quality assurance of IFC models.
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory and project BM requirement.
• Support project teams in preparing digital deliverables and submissions.
• Process Development & Knowledge Management
• Assistin maintaining and improving SOPs, BIM knowledge resource, BIM templates andstandards.
• Support workflows and quality control procedures.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing BIM tools, plugins, and digital deliverytechnologies.
• Project Model Management, Coordination & Delivery Support
• Oversee the production and coordination of multidisciplinary models.
• Assist in model federation, clash detection, issue tracking and coordination reviews.
• Monitor model integrity, consistency and data quality.

Requirements

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Engineering discipline.
• Training will be provided, Certification in BIM Management or Diploma will be an advantage.
• Experience in BIM process improvement, standards development, digital delivery workflow will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
