REQ14625 Officer, Food Safety (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: Officer, Food Safety is accountable for daily implementation of food safety and hygiene requirements at cross departments levels through daily monitoring, document review, and verifications, in accordance with HACCP and internal guidelines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist on raw materials monitoring and verification to assure compliance with local regulations and food safety standards Daily verification of food safety program to ensure effective execution, through observation, document review, verification of procedure compliances Monitor and assess cleaning and sanitation of food preparation area and process Assist and coordinate with food sample collection, and audits. Review inspections reports and ensure corrective and follow up actions are taken in timely fashion Execute food safety program, provide ongoing training and evaluation to staff Coordinate with culinary and service team to implement improvements to dairy operation on hygiene matters Adhere to all Company policies and procedures Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisors Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: N/A
