Personal Relationship Manager - Caregivers Deployment

Responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Trust
• Respond to enquiries from families seeking care for elderly loved ones, and guide them through a questionnaire to find out their care needs
• Understand their needs with empathy, patience, and attention to detail
• Provide clear, thoughtful guidance on caregiving solutions
• Build Meaningful Relationships
• Support families through emotional and sometimes stressful situations
• Maintain consistent, professional, and compassionate communication
• Follow up regularly to ensure a smooth and reassuring experience
• Recommend the Right Caregiver
• Gather detailed care requirements (medical needs, profile, mobility, personality fit, etc.)
• Work closely with the Matching Team to identify suitable caregivers
• Support interviews and guide clients toward confident decisions
• Ensure Smooth Onboarding
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deployment
• Keep clients updated throughout the process
• Set realistic expectations for caregiver adjustment and integration
• Continue Care Beyond Placement
• Follow up after deployment to ensure both caregiver and client are adapting well
• Handle concerns with sensitivity and professionalism
• Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat clients

With consistent effort, consultants can achieve monthly earnings of $5,000 to $12,500+ , by closing 2-5 cases per week.
