Job Description Summary As a Manufacturing & Process Engineering Support Technician, you will provide crucial technical assistance to the engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Job Description Job Responsibilities Assist process engineers in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Conduct tests, collect data, and perform preliminary analysis on process parameters and product performance. Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory and production equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting. Prepare detailed documentation, including test reports, process specifications, and work instructions. Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve process-related issues, ensuring quality and efficiency. Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety protocols. Order and manage inventory of supplies and materials required for process engineering activities. Assist in the training of production operators on new processes or equipment. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for process deviations. Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience or Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in using common hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic lab equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process flow diagrams. Familiarity with data collection and analysis software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
