Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead team members to identify, manage, and execute process improvement opportunities within the plant. You will oversee sauce, pasta and other semi finished goods production to meet production and quality goals, resolve issues related to bottlenecks, and ensure that materials, equipment, and staffing resources are aligned to support the production schedule. You will own all aspects of sauce, pasta and other semi finished good production supporting the production lines. You will support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, and customer service while fostering an engaged, team-oriented workforce that drives strong business results. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Monitor sauce, pasta and other semi-finished good production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards are met. Provide training to ensure team members effectively perform assigned job duties. Provide ongoing coaching, issue appropriate corrective actions and ensure team members are held accountable for performance, attendance, and conduct Support sanitation operations as needed to promote and maintain a clean, food‑safe environment. Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures. Evaluate performance, communicate expectations, and share guidance that supports improved work outcomes. Support plant and company safety programs, maintaining high awareness and adherence to requirements including lock‑out/tag‑out, personal protective equipment, and confined space entry. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related Natural Sciences preferred. Two or more years of supervisory experience. Experience working in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing preferred SAP experience preferred. Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety practices
