Responsibilities
- Attend client sites to perform preventative inspections, troubleshoot issues, and complete minor repairs within scope
- Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify health, safety, operational, and workplace experience opportunities
- Respond to service requests and stabilize minor issues while on site
- Work with a centralized dispatch and operations team to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and third-party service providers to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues

- Provide updates on property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, inspections, audits, and work order progress
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for client and internal meetings
- Support regional coordination of multiple sites, helping ensure consistent service delivery
- Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in preparing quotes and recommendations for minor projects or corrective actions
- Support site-level implementation of approved work and improvements
- Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations to improve operations and reduce risk
- Contribute to standardizing processes and improving service delivery across the portfolio
- Quality, Compliance & Systems:
- Perform periodic facility inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance
- Ensure all activities align with company procedures and applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations
- Utilize mobile field systems, work order platforms, and reporting tools to manage daily activities
- WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 2-5+ years of experience in facilities support, building operations, or similar role
- Strong hands-on capability with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks (non-certified scope)
- Ability to resolve issues independently while knowing when to escalate
- Experience working across multiple sites or building types is an asset
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Interest in developing leadership, coordination, and client management skills
- Experience with CMMS/work order systems and mobile field tools preferred
- Ability to obtain security clearance (where required)
