Job Description * Perform professional facials and other beauty services for customers * Create a safe space for your clients to disclose their face/body concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals * Ensure each client receives an extraordinary treatment for their individual needs and goals. * Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge and honest advice * Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modelling our innovative philosophy * Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintaining client records, inventory and operating supplies * Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
