Financial Controller / Chief Finance Officer | $7,000 - $10,000 Working days: 5 days | Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Working location: Beach Road Responsible Ensure compliance with SGX Catalist listing rules, IFRS/SFRS, and corporate governance requirements Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting and regulatory filings Liaise with SGX sponsors, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators Manage tax compliance, GST filings, and statutory submissions Establish and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks Lead internal and external audit processes Manage cash flow, treasury, liquidity, and working capital planning Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis Implement cost control measures and KPI tracking Drive ERP and financial process improvements / automation Provide financial insights and strategic advice to CEO and Board Support M&A, restructuring, and business expansion initiative Qualification Minimum Degree in relevant field Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent certification. 2+ years of experience in financial management, with SGX-listed company exposure. Proven experience in SGX Catalist compliance, sponsor dealings, and financial reporting Strong knowledge of corporate governance, IFRS/SFRS standards, and internal controls.
