Job Description: TD's Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence (AI2) team provides consultative support with data & analytics-based business insights and/or solutions to guide decision making and/or strategic planning. AI2 is an exciting team to be a part of as we are transforming how we provide key insights and opportunities for our business partners to better serve our customers. This role is part of the Wealth AI2 team , supporting the Wealth Governance & Control Pillar. The successful candidate will work on highly time-sensitive initiatives, including regulatory data requests, compliance-related asks, and other critical business priorities. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong precision, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure work is delivered accurately and to a high standard. Key Accountabilities include: Deliver impactful analysis and actionable insights by applying business knowledge, strategy, and advanced analytics to support business goals and decision-making. Analyze data and develop clear, compelling visualizations and presentations that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance by investigating analytics issues and adhering to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions, including KPI's, tracking, and ongoing analytical support. Support proof-of-concept analyses and scalable insight delivery; act as a subject matter expert (SME), work independently with minimal direction, and present outcomes to varied audiences. Degree & Experience Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science), Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience 3+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted First experience of fast pace and uncertain environment to navigate Technical Skills Databricks; Python/Pyspark Understanding of visualization and best practices (ie. Power BI) Foundational knowledge of AI and GenAI
