Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices accurately and promptly. Assisting with matching delivery notes and purchase orders against invoices. Responding effectively to queries from suppliers and contractors. Supporting the reconciliation of statements from suppliers and contractors. Contributing to the issuance of sales invoices. Assisting in the debt recovery process for overdue accounts. Helping with the processing of direct debits and periodic payments. Maintaining petty cash records and transactions. Carrying out general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and distributing payments. Recording incoming payments accurately in the ledger. The ideal candidate will have... Experience working in a finance or general accounts role. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. The ability to work under tight deadlines.
