Responsibilities

  • Monitor equipment in operation covered under the comprehensive service contract.
  • Keep databases, reports, and logs up to date.
  • Measure equipment performance indicators.

  • Comply with and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Perform other activities related to the role as required.
  • Handle preventive maintenance tools.
  • Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Field Technical Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
  • Knowledge of mechanical seals.
  • Ability to understand and listen to customer needs.
  • Methodical and analytical mindset, with the ability to determine the right questions to ask users.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced Spanish profiency.
