Responsibilities

• Business Development
• Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers, uncover hiring needs, and win new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Executive Search & Talent Mapping
• Identify, engage, and attract high-calibre professionals through proactive headhunting and market networking.
• End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage the full recruitment process from client briefing and candidate assessment through to offer management and successful placement.
• Market Intelligence
• Advise clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, competitor movements, and talent availability within your market.
• Relationship Building
• Develop a strong network of industry professionals and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
