About the role

Responsible ▪ Drive cost saving measures on existing designs through 1) redesign, resourcing, component updates in cooperation with PDCs 2) Enforcing read across for optimized designs 3) Competitor analyses 4) Challenge series projects (e.g. double sourcing, single sourcing, allocation) ▪ Drive cost reduction redesigns (generic ideas) and component pre-validation. ▪ Evaluate technical feasibility of ideas in projects. ▪ Implementing cost-saving measures in WHU,TSR, GDL. ▪ Transfer ReDTC findings to Target Costing group. Report ▪ ReDTC awarness promotion (publication, PDC, CE, Mnf frequent alignment) ▪ Periodic reporting and alignement with Segmnet heads ▪ Insure bundel of projct and measures for high financial impact ▪ Insure Segment advance ReDTC planning (projects, measures and resources) ▪ Preperation of management ReDTC Report ▪ Monitorand report volume and price variations ▪ Report creation out of JIRA and presenations Support ▪ Supporting PM and project controlling to build business cases for ReDTC project ▪ Support generic idea implmentation (list of potential project and driving the change trough projects) ▪ Support DTC activities Education / Certification Bachelor degree or higher in Mech.Engineering / Electronic Professional Experience (Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)Over 8 year of working experience in Mechanical Engineer/Electronic Ready to take your career to the next level?
