Responsibilities
- Data Governance and Master Data: Proactively identify, address, and resolve data issues within demand hierarchies and demand master data to ensure a single source of truth.
- Execution and Escalation Management: Review and manage the weekly customer Return-to-Forecast -RTF- process and directly address/resolve customer escalations.
- Demand Plan Optimization: Collaborate with Business Unit -BU- Forecasters, Regional Demand Leads, and Accounts to develop a comprehensive Demand Plan. Optimize the plan for maximum margin and the best use of supply/inventory capabilities.

- Constrained Planning -S&OP Horizon-: Develop and recommend the Constrained Demand Plan, incorporating Supply Plans, S&OP Executive decisions, and Business Management Group -BMG- direction on allocation strategies.
- Allocation Facilitation: Facilitate critical allocation decisions with the Supply Management Group -SMG- when market demand exceeds available supply.
- S&OP / S&OE Harmonization: Act as the bridge between execution and strategy, ensuring that Sales and Operations Execution -S&OE- and Sales and Operations Planning -S&OP- demand plans are completely harmonized.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across regional and business unit teams.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency with demand planning software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel/data tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- MBA or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, System Engineering
- APICS Certification or Supply and Demand Certifications
- Previous experience creating, recommending, and presenting strategies to key decision-makers and various management levels
- Driving continuous process improvement and people skills development.
- Deep understanding of the business being able to articulate supply capability and output to stakeholders and executives.
