Responsibilities
- Job scope includes adminwork
- Assist in preparing Delivery Order, Purchase Orders, processing customer orders, and invoicing customers.
- Maintain stock and follow up supplier/vendor orders
- Maintain a properfiling system for invoices and documents basedon projects.
- Provide administrative supportand coordinate betweenthe project team and externalcustomers.

Requirements
- Atleast a Diploma in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Self-motivated and dynamicpersonality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, organized, meticulous, team player and a fast worker.
- Good analytical and problem solvingskills.
- Ability to maintaina positive attitudeat all times.
