WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON What you will focus on The Localization Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, quality, delivery, and performance of the digital Assets Localization Team, including both 2D and Video. This role ensures the successful localization, adaptation, and delivery of promotional assets across multiple markets while driving team development, process improvements, and operational excellence. What it means on a daily basis Lead and manage the Marketing Assets Localization Team, including 2D Localization Artists and Video Localization Artists. Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor incoming localization requests to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Oversee the localization, adaptation, resizing, and revision of digital assets, example: store screenshots, welcome screens, in-app assets, user acquisition (UA) creatives, cross-promo materials, trailers, app previews, packaging, and other promotional assets. Act as the primary point of contact between the Localization Team and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of priorities. Conduct quality assurance reviews of localized assets before delivery to ensure adherence to brand, localization, and creative standards. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet established quality, accuracy, and performance expectations. Provide leadership, coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and development. Manage team performance, attendance, onboarding, goal setting, feedback, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, implement automation, and optimize localization production processes. Develop, maintain, and update team documentation, guidelines, best practices, reports, and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support localization strategies and ensure smooth project execution. Support resource planning and workload balancing across the team. Perform hands-on localization work when required due to business priorities, workload fluctuations, or urgent deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned. What success will look like Ensure the team consistently delivers localization projects on time and in alignment with business priorities. Maintain efficient and scalable localization workflows across both 2D and video production. Foster high team engagement, retention, and performance. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation initiatives. Build strong stakeholder satisfaction and confidence in localization delivery. Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure adherence to localization standards and best practices. Achieve department KPIs related to quality, delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency. Maintain high-quality localized assets with minimal revisions and rework. Who you would be working with You will be reporting to the Creative Agency Team Lead and working alongside 17 designers and artists (including Graphic Designers, Illustration Artists, Motion Designers, Video Artists, and Project Manager). You will closely collaborate with internal clients, including the marketing team and multiple game teams globally. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience leading creative, localization, production, or design teams. Strong understanding of localization workflows for marketing and promotional assets. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, layout, and visual communication. Experience working with both static and video asset localization. Experience developing processes, documentation, and workflow improvements.
