Responsibilities
- Recruiting Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate and run regular India recruiting staff meetings, including agenda setting, tracking hiring progress, and capturing action items.

- Serve as a central point of coordination for India recruiting operations communication.
- Proactively escalate risks, delays, or process gaps to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain visibility on key priorities.
- Drive clear, consistent communication across recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Support implementation of standardized processes, templates, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to local compliance requirements, internal policies, and data privacy standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and lifecycle coordination.
- Experience managing offer processes and approvals in a structured environment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with recruiting systems (e.g., ATS, dashboards).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
