We provide high-quality residential and respite care in a homely setting where residents feel safe, supported, and valued. Rated all 5s by the Care Inspectorate and proudly holding a 9.7 score on carehome, Stanely Park is committed to delivering care you can trust. Administrator Contract £12.71 per hour Contracted to 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Business Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the overall performance and day to day running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager as part of the internal management structure. This is a key position where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly support operational efficiency and service delivery. You will take ownership of core administrative systems including payroll input, contracts, compliance records and internal processes, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and handled with confidentiality. Acting as a first point of contact, you will manage enquiries, coordinate visits and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for residents, relatives and visitors. You will also support the coordination of staffing processes and line manage Reception staff, helping to maintain a well organised, responsive and professional front of house and administrative function. Your role will contribute to a structured, efficient and well run environment where both residents and staff are supported.
