Who We're Looking For: Easyship is growing fast across markets, and our marketing engine needs to keep up. We're looking for a Marketing Executive who's comfortable switching between content, campaigns, analytics, and everything in between. You'll work across channels and functions to support Easyship's growth, from writing copy and running campaigns to tracking performance and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Real ownership, from day one. What you additionally need to know: This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office. The role follows UK working hours (11:00AM IST- 8PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution. What would you be responsible for: Writing and editing content across formats; blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, social copy, and ad creatives, ensuring all output is on-brand and audience-appropriate. Supporting end-to-end campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to keep timelines on track. Managing social media calendars and publishing content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), monitoring engagement and surfacing insights on what's working. Assisting with on-page SEO optimizations- meta tags, content updates, internal linking and supporting landing page updates and CRO experiments in collaboration with the web team. Tracking campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar, and compiling regular reports to flag trends, wins, and areas for improvement. Partnering with Sales, Product, and Design to ensure marketing materials are accurate and timely, and supporting product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns as needed. You Might Be a Good Fit If... You have 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, agency or in-house You've had exposure to multiple marketing channels and aren't locked into just one function. You have solid writing and communication skills You're comfortable with data: you can pull a report, read it, and act on it. You're familiar with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, or their equivalents. You have strong organizational skills and can juggle multiple projects without dropping things. You possess resourcefulness, resilience, and the self-motivation to thrive in a fast-moving, team-based environment. Bonus points if... You have experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce. You have basic knowledge of paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads). You have exposure to marketing automation workflows. You have basic familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
