Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Exceptional academic background.
  • Proven track record of successfully signing new payer and strategic partnerships within a fast-paced healthcare technology and/or services company.
  • Deep familiarity with the health insurance ecosystem, including an in-depth understanding of strategic priorities, operational challenges, governance structures, and contracting mechanisms.
  • Detailed experience in a specific geography, market or lines of business is welcomed though not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and entrepreneurially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent strategic, communication, and execution skills.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills are highly valued.
  • Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
  • This position is at-will and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.

Position Summary Roivant is seeking a VP or Director of Payer Growth to drive new sales and partnerships with health plans/payers across existing Roivant Health incubations.
