Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid) The Senior Project Planner will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects, responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing potential risks, and providing insights to drive decision-making. This individual will serve as a pivotal point of contact for project reporting and planning, contributing to the efficient execution of company objectives. Key Accountabilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using designated planning tools. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with planned milestones and project goals. Analyze and identify risks, delays, or challenges that may impact project execution, and provide recommendations for mitigation. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules and ensure resource availability. Prepare and present accurate project reports, detailing progress, risks, and variances to stakeholders and management. Continuously evaluate scheduling metrics to improve processes and enhance forecasting accuracy. Key Requirements: Strong proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Demonstrated experience in project planning within an engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment. Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data to forecast project outcomes. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field required. Certification in project planning and scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP) is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.

- Total Compensation Range (Base Salary + Annual Incentive plan) : $119,732 -$151,559
