Nuveen International Business is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support and system administration for enterprise applications supporting real estate operations. This role serves as the primary US-based contact for application support managing Level 1 support operations. Key Responsibilities and Duties Administer enterprise-wide Yardi configurations including user permissions, security groups, custom menus, deployment packages, and system hotfixes Lead end-to-end application integration projects with downstream systems from requirements gathering through production rollout Manage Level 1 and Level 3 helpdesk support queues, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues escalated from Level 2 for all applications in scope. Provision user accounts and validate access permissions aligned with role-based security requirements across enterprise applications Support internal and external audits by providing comprehensive system documentation and compliance evidence Lead weekly Level 1 team sessions to resolve outstanding tickets, identify training gaps, and deliver process improvement training Support ITRC governance processes for all applications Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required Work Experience 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 9IC Required Skills 5 or more years experience in application support or system administration role, preferably in real estate technology Like Yardi Voyager.
