As part of this journey, we are strengthening our technical and development team in Ubrique, working at the heart of production on jewelry collections and special projects. Your Role As a Jewelry & Special Projects Project Manager, you will coordinate the development and industrialization of jewelry collections and special projects, ensuring alignment between Paris-based teams and our workshops in Ubrique. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract , suitable for a professional with approximately 3 years of experience in project management within luxury, jewelry, accessories, or industrial environments. Your Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Coordinate multidisciplinary teams between Paris and Ubrique (design, development, industrialization, and production). Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Lead project follow-up meetings and monitor project progress. Planning & Industrialization Build and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. Oversee the transition from prototype to industrial production. Ensure the completion of key industrialization deliverables, including technical drawings, molds, technical specifications, production data, and SAP updates. Execution & Continuous Improvement Support problem-solving during development and production phases. Anticipate risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams. Your Profile Around 3 years of experience in project management, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and production processes. Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing; experience in leather goods is a strong plus. Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools. Professional working proficiency in English. Knowledge of French is considered a plus due to regular collaboration with Paris-based teams. You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and creative teams. Why Join Us?
