CNC Maintenance & Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Assemble and dismantle existing CNC machines for maintenance or relocation.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Train and support operators on proper machine use and maintenance procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest CNC technology and maintenance best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance, repair, assembly, and dismantling.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant technical certification or degree in engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
