Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and oversight of the daily operations of the student care centre
  • Ensuring programmes and activities are conducted as per set curriculum that support the holistic development of students
  • Mentoring, developing and managing a team of dedicated student care professionals
  • Fostering strong relationships with parents and schools
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Managing the centre's budget and resources effectively
  • Handle administrative duties
  • Continuously improving the quality of service and identifying opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar student care centre supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing engaging educational programmes
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the student care industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
