Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategic direction and tactical execution, ensuring that our product backlog is aligned with the company's overall objectives. The Product Owner will work closely with the Product Manager and engineering teams to deliver exceptional products that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with strategic goals.
• Refine and validate user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are clear and actionable.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and manage day-to-day scoping decisions within the roadmap.
• Address delivery questions and make informed day-to-day decisions, escalating to the Product Manager when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment on priorities and flag any delivery risks.
• Engage with engineering in planning and refinement sessions to remove blockers and provide clarity.
• Maintain a feedback loop with support teams to address recurring customer issues and update the backlog accordingly.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience in product management.
• Experience working in a scrum or agile development environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the tech industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools and software used in product management and development.
