Job Summary The CAS Senior supports Client Accounting Services (CAS) engagements by overseeing day-to-day accounting activities for assigned clients, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting month-end close processes. This role applies advanced accounting knowledge, provides guidance to junior team members, and serves as a key point of contact for client accounting needs. Essential Functions - Manage and perform month-end close activities for assigned client accounts - Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules - Review bookkeeping work completed by Accounting Associates for accuracy - Assist with payroll processing, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking - Communicate with clients regarding accounting questions, deliverables, and timelines - Support process improvements and accounting best practices Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting - Experience with month-end close and financial reporting - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements

• Public accounting or outsourced accounting experience
• Experience supporting multiple clients concurrently
• CPA or progress toward CPA licensure

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to analyze financial data, exercise professional judgment, and manage multiple priorities
