Responsibilities

Additional Information

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the commercial and contract management functions on major rail and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective contract administration, contractual compliance, and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires strong knowledge of contract management principles, including experience administering contracts under FIDIC forms of contract, within large-scale design and construction environments. Key Requirements 5-10 years' experience in contract administration within major rail and/or infrastructure projects Experience working on rail, metro, transportation, or other large-scale infrastructure developments is preferred Strong understanding of contract administration principles, commercial processes, and document control procedures Working knowledge and practical experience with FIDIC contracts Experience supporting the management of variations, claims, contractual notices, and change control processes Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Experience on complex, high-value infrastructure projects is highly desirable Middle East experience, particularly within the UAE, will be considered an advantage
