Management & Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Position Management Branch of the Program Planning and Review Division of the Business and Strategic Planning Department of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive administrative and technical programs critical to Shipyard operations. Experience utilizing position management policies, concepts, practices and principles to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives. Experience with organizational and manpower data to internal and external stakeholders. For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting with utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive administrative and technical programs critical to Shipyard operations.
